Hey Guys & Gals,
I hope that this note finds you with love and peace in your hearts and a smile on your face.
I would ask for a minute of your time to share something beautiful from my heart.
As a fellow sojourner in this sometimes crazy world one might stumble upon something that enriches and enlightens all at once. This has been the scenario in trying to pull together our 40th reunion. Visiting, on the phone, with so many wonderful people has been a blessing beyond measure. The heart is a funny thing in as much as it's capacity to make room for all that you let pass the sometimes locked door. I loved and cared for many of you back then and now.....it is a landslide of joy to meet many of you (truly) for the first time.
My wish is that all can partake of a similar experience this October. Sometimes the real jewels of life come in a hidden package just waiting to be unwrapped.
Thanks again for sharing your time and lives with me.
Love always, George
P.S. The place for our get together Friday night, Oct 3rd, may be locked in very soon. Oh, and by the way, there will be a touch football game Saturday, Oct 4th, in the park. Hopefully we can still throw the ball, catch, and run :>)
Please RSVP, post your pics, get a room, etc!!! We need this info. Thanks!

"Toga or Tux/Beachwear or Ballroom Gown"
Hi Guys & Gals,
It seems the question has arisen as to what to wear at the gala. Simply put, I believe that one's attire should be befitting to what they are comfortable in, period..the end! My only suggestion is that we don a loving child heart and a pair of dancing shoes. I truly believe "everyone" will be comfortable with that attire.
I would like to encourage everyone to post pictures (then & now) for all our viewing curiousity & pleasure. Also, please RSVP, as applicable, so we can start to make arrangements for the weekend events.
I want to thank Sudsy, Janet, & Donna for their endeavors in locating the "perfect" place for Friday night. We couldn't have a better scout party looking out for our interest.
Please keep looking at the "Who's Missing" page and supply Jan and myself with any leads.
Well until later, be at peace, full of love, and whatever you do....don't let that smile off of your face.
Love & Hugs, George
P.S. To those of you I've had the privilege of talking to, thank you for letting me get to know you as adults. You truly are wonderful and special people.
Life was simple as the stars twinkled above to dance, to laugh and find our first love, No fences stood that could hold us in we were changing a world through a journey within.
Love in our hearts and laughter on our face great friendships were made but have left no trace To renew again as the flowers in spring the time approaches to join hands and sing.
We all look different but that is life it's love in our hearts that adds the spice To gaze into the eyes that mirror the soul the joy is there for all to behold
So I invite you now to come and play this beautiful October, not far away Pack your memories, laughter and bring what you may to partake in the love of our swinging soiree.
Love to all, see you in October George
It doesn't seem possible that 40 years ago we were roaming the halls of "West Essex High", wondering what we were going to do on the weekend, let alone for the rest of our lives.
We came in as seventh graders petrified to walk the halls of the "Senior wing". We saw movies at the Park and had hot fudge sundaes (and the best french fries on the planet) sitting in the back booths at Grunnings. We froze our bums tobaggoning at Greenbrook Country Club and raced each other, ice skating around Walkers Pond. Remember the warming shack? And we danced, in our socks and in our shoes....and sang....and danced some more. Music was a major part of our lives so what better way to celebrate an amazing time in our personal history than with an event where you "Can't Stop the Music"?
